What's our shipping policy?

1. Our flies, stickers, and hats will ship separately from our shirts and mugs.
 
2. Shirts will ship within 5 business days. 
 
Sticker only Orders will ship for $1.50 USD
 
Orders under $75 USD - $10.00 USD - (Fly only orders 5.99 USD)
Orders over $75 USD - Free Shipping (does not apply to international shipping)
 
International Shipping - $16.00 USD

Mainely Flies / Mainely Outdoors cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office, incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, or stolen from a property. Please take care to enter the correct shipping information when checking out. If your package was returned to sender please reach out and we will work with you to get them back out. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping problems? Try this.

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day or so.
Be sure you entered the correct address during checkout. The shipping information you enter during checkout is automatically transferred to the post office, therefore we cannot be held responsible if you entered an incorrect address.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to me by email (mainelyoutdoors18@gmail.com) let me know the problem and I'll see what I can do.

When will items be back in stock?

I do my best to keep up with the demand! However, sometimes a video can create a lot of demand for a specific product. If a product is sold out rest assured that I am ordering or making more! Check back later to see if it's in stock. You can also elect to be the first to know by email when more stock is posted. You can also sign up for our email list to stay up to date and won't miss out!

Right now a typical time for an order to ship is 1-2 weeks.

What if I need my custom flies sooner?

Accepted Answer

If you require your custom flies faster for a fishing trip I can expedite this process at a cost. Please send me a message if you need this service. I will do my best to accommodate your needs, however, since all custom flies are tied myself. This service will not be available when im somewhere in the woods away from my tying bench.
