This is a Hi-vis no-see-um; it’s an excellent pattern whenever you try to imitate impossibly small flies. I generally use it to imitate midges, and it often lands me my first fish on a dry fly each season. This fly will add a profile that your fly box is likely missing. I highly recommend giving this a try this spring, summer, fall, or winter, as midges can be found emerging just about any time of year!
